- Why I Chose My Major
I chose Nutritional Science because it felt like the perfect intersection of my personal connection to food and my curiosity for science. I’ve always believed that we are what we eat, and studying nutrition showed me how powerful that truth is in healthcare and wellness. FACS’ strong nutrition program and even more, the spark I felt in FACS 2000—confirmed that this was exactly where I belonged.
- What I Like Most About FACS
FACS has been a safe haven for everyone who walks through its doors. From the professors to the students, it truly feels like family. Being part of such a close-knit community has allowed me to grow not just academically, but personally. This college has a little slice of everything, and that blend of support, opportunity, and belonging is one of the many reasons why I love it so deeply.
- Post-Graduate Plans
After graduation, I will be working in the healthcare system to gain experience to apply for Physician Assistant school.
