- Why I chose my major
I chose my major because I am passionate about working with people, and I have always been a big foodie! Food plays an essential role in everyone’s life, and I believe it is vital for people to have access to proper nutrition education. I would love to make a positive impact in this field and help others build healthier relationships with food and nutrition.
- What I like most about FACS
I love that FACS has a home-away-from-home feel! My professors and peers are encouraging and always willing to support one another through the highs and lows of college life. FACS also offers a variety of hands-on learning opportunities to help students identify their areas of interest. I especially love the generational emphasis at this college. When you are a part of the FACS family, you can easily see why so many alumni remain connected to and passionate about FACS long after graduation!
