- Why I chose my major
I chose Dietetics because I have always been interested in health and wellness. With a background in sports, I have seen firsthand how nutrition can influence energy, recovery, and overall performance. A degree in Dietetics will help facilitate my goal of becoming a Physician Assistant by giving me a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, disease prevention, and patient health. Understanding nutrition will allow me to take a more holistic approach to patient care and better understand how lifestyle factors contribute to health outcomes.
- What I like most about FACS
FACS Faculty are a passionate group of people who truly care about what they do, and that is an ideal that is at the heart of the college. The professors here make me enjoy coming to class to learn and grow. I know FACS will prepare me well for a career in healthcare.
