Why I chose my major

I chose to major in financial planning because I want to provide the best services to my community. By earning this degree, I have expanded my skillset, and I have learned how to provide a more holistic approach to financial education.

What I like most about FACS

I really enjoyed learning about behavioral financial planning and financial therapy. FACS provides a great opportunity to counsel others through the Love and Money Center.

Post-graduation plans

I plan to continue building up my nonprofit organization, The Academy of Financial Education, by expanding our services, which will include training for aspiring financial counselors, planners, and therapists. I am also looking forward to returning to school to earn a Ph.D. in economics.
