Job Description
Robert (Bob) Yohnka serves as Fiscal Manager for the Institute on Human Development and Disability and the David Ralston Center for Behavioral Health in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences at UGA. He manages financial operations, budget oversight, and grant administration while supporting faculty, staff, and students across the Institute. His work focuses on ensuring compliance, strengthening financial planning, and providing strategic support for research and academic initiatives.
Bob has worked in research administration since 2006, including time at Emory University supporting large-scale international HIV research projects in Zambia and Rwanda. He brings extensive experience in financial and grant management, as well as a collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys reading, playing golf, and traveling.
