In this process items will be properly stored using archival tissue paper to ensure longevity using archival standards of preservation. As a part of this process deaccessions will be proposed, archival boxes will be re-barcoded and the box numbering system overhauled, and the online finding aids will be updated to reflect new box numbers, barcodes and revised descriptions.
